Orbit started from a simple observation: the tools that manage customers, bookings and money for a small business rarely talk to each other. Owners re-enter the same information three times, and nobody can say with confidence what the month actually looked like.
We build the opposite — a connected record where a customer, an appointment, a staff member and an invoice are the same story viewed from different angles. It should be quick enough for a front desk during a rush, and detailed enough for the owner reviewing the week.
