Business records you enter into your workspace, including customers, services, appointments, invoices and staff details.

Technical information such as log data and device information, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use information

To operate your workspace, authenticate you, and provide the features you have subscribed to.

To improve reliability and performance, and to investigate abuse or security incidents.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business records for advertising.

Data isolation

Each business workspace is an isolated tenant. Access rules are enforced at the database level so that one business cannot read another business's records.

Retention and deletion

We retain your records while your workspace is active. You may request deletion of your workspace at any time, after which data is removed from active systems and expires from backups on our normal backup cycle.
