Terms of Service

The agreement between your business and Orbit when you use the platform.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your workspace and for keeping your credentials secure.

The workspace owner controls who is invited and what role each team member holds.

Do not use Orbit to store unlawful content, to attempt to access another workspace, or to disrupt the service for others.

We may suspend a workspace that puts the security or availability of the platform at risk.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the subscription page.

Cancelling stops future charges; your workspace continues on the free Starter plan with its limits applied.

We work to keep Orbit available and to protect your data, but the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
